This past week's vocabulary is worth recording. It seems we have grasped the sense of time. D used "never", "yet" and "late" all in sentences and pretty much got the use correct.
I believe the one phrase was "I NEVER get ice cream." Imagine an emphatic head twist with each word. This of course is completely not true -- so not sure whether to chalk this up to not understanding the meaning, or typical toddler exaggeration. :)
